integrate Websense Enterprise with a diverse set of security solutions including Cisco PIX Firewalls, Content Engines, IOS Routers and Catalyst Switches. Websense Enterprise integrated with Cisco network
and security solutions allows businesses to analyze, manage, and report on network and employee access to the Internet and other network-based applications such as use of Instant Messaging,
Peer-to-Peer, and Streaming Media. The combined Websense and Cisco solution significantly improves employee productivity and network bandwidth capacity while reducing security risks and legal liability. Websense Enterprise is the only filtering solution selected for the Cisco SAFE reference network and fully integrated on all major Cisco network
and security solutions including PIX Firewalls, Content Engines, IOS Routers and Catalyst Switches. These integrations provide customers
with the flexibility to deploy Websense Enterprise at any point in their network by adapting to their network and security architecture. The breadth and depth of Websense's deployment options ensures ease of
installation and maintenance while maximizing scalability, performance and feature support. Websense Enterprise integrated with Cisco network and security solutions can be deployed in two ways, depending
upon network requirements: in an integrated or embedded configuration.
